WorksAgain was founded by two appliance repair industry veterans, KJ Page, a US Navy Veteran and longtime appliance repair leader, and Scott Sandie, a human resources and operations executive. KJ and Scott worked together for many years for another company, then decided to join forces to bring the highest level of repair expertise and best customer experience to those it serves. We are comprised of a dedicated team of seasoned appliance repair and installation professionals with over a century of combined experience encompassing appliance repair, installation, and service.

Our factory certified technicians service the Greater Portland Metro region spanning from Salem, Oregon to Vancouver, Washington, and from Sandy, Oregon to Banks, Oregon. We are happy to service customers that live in outlying areas.

Our technicians are required to take continuous training and education, and remain certified for factory warranty repairs annually. WorksAgain is fully licensed and bonded, and complies with all government regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous materials. Our team members have passed rigorous background checks to ensure customers are treated with the highest level of professionalism.
